A 25.00 Non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment which is applied to the The remaining balance which can be paid via Zelle, card, or cash.

Mask are mandatory! if you do not have a mask one will be provided for you with a 2 dollar charge.

You have a 15 min Grace period to arrive to your scheduled appointment after 15 mins and 15 dollar fee will be charged to your final payment. Please plan for traffic ! After 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for the service you booked for

no shows!!! will be charged the full amount of the service you booked for!!

I will only allow one person in lashing workspace no extra people allowed in appointment

Please come with clean lashes and make up free! 10.00 charge will be applied to final payment if your lashes are dirty. Free lash bath comes with every fill in.

we do not offer Forgein fill ins, if you have another lash artist work on your lashes I will have to remove them and charge a removal fee.

Keta Kouture will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or poor lash care; after service, if you feel like you are having any type of reaction to lash products used, reach out to us via email or instagram so we can get them removed.
